Job Title – Corporate New Business Producer

Contract – Permanent

Salary – £45k + Car Allowance

Location – Glasgow

As a Producer you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business by cultivating new and existing relationships and act as a conduit between specialism and the market, ensuring retention and developing referral business on the back of excellent service. You will act as an ambassador on Corporate relationships to maximize new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate will be a self-motivated, ambitious and driven insurance professional with a ‘can do attitude’, a propensity to form and cultivate long standing relationships and a desire to be successful.

Corporate insurance experience is a pre-requisite although experience complex risks is not essential (as training can be provided).

Candidates will also be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to make a great first impression
• Ability to generate opportunities through creation of meaningful meetings
• Ability to discuss sector issues and impact this may have on the business risk profile
• Ability to articulate Group key differentiators and USP’s
• Ability to build personal rapport and maintain over a period of time
• Willingness to embrace new skills and techniques in order to improve performance
