Job Title: Senior Technician – Professional Indemnity 

Location: Bristol

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Salary: £70,000 per annum

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lawes has partnered with a leading global broker that is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join their PI team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
• Execute tasks with precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generating MRCs and endorsements/certificates/verification of insurance.
• Creating, maintaining and updating templates.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry standards to uphold the integrity of our operations.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Engage in collaborative projects and contribute to team discussions.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide support to colleagues and assist in resolving challenges as they arise.
• Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance performance.
