Refer a Friend

Lawes Consulting Group Refer a Friend scheme is run in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

  • The Lawes Consulting Group Refer a Friend scheme constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of conflict between this Refer a Friend scheme and the terms and conditions, the terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • Candidates who are currently or have previously registered with Lawes Consulting Group cannot be referred, but are encouraged to refer others.
  • Referrals must be made to Lawes Consulting Group before or at registration (of the referred candidate) – referrals made at a later stage may not be valid.
  • To qualify for a reward, your friend must be referred and placed within a 12 month period.
  • The referral reward will only be made at the end of the rebate period of the placement and when payment has been received from the client.
  • Lawes Consulting Group reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time.
  • Lawes Consulting Group reserves the right to alter the Refer a Friend reward at any time, the referral reward which is present at the time of the candidate being placed will apply.
  • Lawes Consulting Group’s decision is final.

Security and Passwords

When you register with this Site or sign on when you visit the Site, you will need to use a user name and password. Each user shall be permitted to use one user name and password only. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to anyone. You must notify Lawes Consulting Group immediately if you believe that your password is in the possession of someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorised way. Lawes Consulting Group accepts no liability for any unauthorised or improper use or disclosure of any password.

Aggregate Information

Lawes Consulting Group respects the privacy of individuals, and is committed to maintaining this privacy in relation to the collection of personal information. Any personal information collected will not be passed on to a third party without the express authority of the individual or entity and will only be used for the intended purpose accompanying the request for the information.

Lawes Consulting Group makes no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site. Whilst Lawes Consulting Group takes all reasonable endeavours to ensure it is the case, it does not guarantee that it or any employer or client will keep confidential any candidate information or data provided to them.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidly shall not affect the validly of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Your use of the Site and downloads from it, and the operation of these terms and conditions, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the use of this website.
