We are seeking a talented and motivated Motor Trade Underwriter to join our clients dynamic underwriting team. Responsibilites 

• Assess new business motor trade applications to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Develop tailored insurance solutions for clients, striking a balance between profitability and customer needs.
• Analyse risks, establish appropriate terms and premiums, and mitigate potential exposures.
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, and clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.

Experience 

• Proven experience in underwriting, especially within the motor trade sector.
• Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail for effective risk evaluation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in underwriting systems and adaptability to new technologies.
• Commitment to teamwork, independence, and a customer-focused approach.
