    Job Title: Assistant Client Account Executive Leader

    Location: London 

    Full/Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: £50,000 per annum 

     


    Purpose of role:

     

    Our client is looking for an Assistant Client Account Executive leader to join their team in London.

     

    The role will include day-to-day service delivery, delegation, and providing support for the leadership of individual teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Support the execution of day-to-day operational activities within the team, overseeing compliance and reporting outputs.
    • Cultivate enduring relationships by continually expanding a network of client contacts.
    • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service through regular and close interaction.
    • Identify opportunities to enhance services and add greater value to clients, maintaining a robust approach by developing a service plan and annual timetable of visits aligned with their needs.
    • Implement expanded service opportunities, address risk management, and achieve insurance objectives for clients across your team.
    • Serve as a point of referral for associates, presenting solutions for discussion as required.
    • Commit to providing support through the buddy programme as required and recognizing subsequent training needs.
    • Take ownership of the timely and accurate production of renewal reports, coaching the team to produce the same.
    • Actively contribute, either through attendance or by providing meaningful feedback, during insurer review meetings and participate in the development of relationships.

    Skills and experience:

     

    • Extensive expertise in Real Estate insurance, preferably acquired within a brokerage setting.
    • Outstanding technical proficiency in associated risks, coupled with excellent market knowledge.
    • Exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to establish positive and effective relationships with both clients and colleagues.
    • Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or managing others to foster professional development.
