    Job Title: Client Account Executive  Leader

    Location: London

    Full/Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 per annum + Car Allowance 

    Insurance Industry Sectors: Brokerage, Broking, Real Estate, Commercial Property 


    Purpose of role

    A senior client advocate delivering day-to-day operational management of the team or area of specialism. You will be the lead person within the team, other AE will be reporting to you. 


    Experience:

    • Real estate,  commercial property experience  a must.

    Key tasks and responsibilities

     

    Team management

    • Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operational activities of the team, providing support to SVPs.
    • Embrace an entrepreneurial approach, assisting SVPs in achieving results through innovative ideas, concepts, and product development initiatives.
    • Support and mentor associates in reaching their goals, actively challenging performance, and contributions through regular one-on-one meetings.
    • Adopt a solutions-oriented approach and contribute to technological enhancements.
    • Conduct performance and development reviews in alignment with our clients’ requirements, always in collaboration with SVPs.
    • Identify operational-level resource needs and contribute to business case proposals as required.
    • Maintain regular and transparent communication with SVPs and Partners, promptly escalating client or team issues through both verbal communication and the provision of necessary management reports required by the SVPs.
    • Organize and monitor client allocation, workflow, and credit control reports, reporting to SVPs.
    • Provide coaching support when necessary.
    • Assume responsibility for sourcing or organizing training opportunities for associates, ensuring the full utilization of buddy and mentoring programs as appropriate.
    • Deliver mentoring support as required.
    • Validate and approve slips, cheque requisition forms, and engineering documentation as needed.
    • Manage premium collection in conjunction with SVPs, prioritizing this as a key objective.
    • Attend client meetings and insurer reviews, providing constructive and meaningful feedback.
    • Take charge of ensuring that effective communication and accountability thrive within the team, ensuring the regular occurrence of team meetings.
