    Job title: Insurance Account Handler – Professional Indemnity

    Salary:  £42,000

    Location: Manchester – 2 days in office/ 3 homeworking


     

    Purpose of role:

    Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales as relationship-building with clients will be the key to your success. 

     


    Experience and skills:

    • Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience.
    • Next, you need to be proactive, use your initiative and show your entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Have a willingness to learn and be curious. You will be offered lots of opportunity to gain qualifications that will enhance your career in this growing industry.
    • Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face, so some experience in customer service is important too.
    • Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and have the resilience to adapt to whatever changes come your way.
    • Demonstrate honesty and integrity, not only is this essential within a financially regulated organisation, but it’s also just the right way to be.
    • Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential for this role.
