Salary:  £32,000

Location: Lancashire 

PURPOSE-OF-ROLE

Lawes is currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Lines Account handler to look after a large portfolio of clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain an existing portfolio of clients and establish a strong professional relationship

DAY-TO-DAY

• Handle renewals, mid-term-adjustments and new quotes
• Dealing with customers through email and telephone
• Offering a high standard of customer service at all times

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience within a similar role
• Experience working in a broker environment

SKILLS

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Knowledge of the Acturis system
