Job Title: Quality Assurance Consultant
Salary: £60,000 DOE
Location: Stratford Upon Avon
Overview
A big industry name is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within their commercial insurance processes. The role offers a hybrid working model, with three days working from home and two days in their Stratford-upon-Avon office.
Responsibilities
– Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of commercial new business, renewal, and nmid-term adjustment cases.
– Analyse case handler records to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
– Perform reviews and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and FCA requirements.
– Prepare and present detailed reports on quality and risk performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
– Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Experience
– Proven experience in conducting quality reviews within the commercial insurance or commercial broking sector.
– Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes.
– Strong understanding of FCA frameworks, customer conduct, and consumer duty.
– Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
– Analytical skills to identify trends and provide insightful reporting.
