Job Title – Insurance Accounts Manager
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP50,000
Location – Hertfordshire
Industry – Insurance Broker (Insurance, Broker, Broking, Controller, Finance, Financial, Finance Manager, ACCA)
An opportunity to steer the financial direction of a well-established insurance brokerage based in Hertfordshire has arisen. Our client seeks an Insurance Accounts Manager to take the lead in creating and delivering a finance structure that supports the business activities of their company and associated companies
Role:- · To establish, adopt and maintain, a finance framework.
· Report to The Board and other senior colleagues on all matters relating to finance.
· Assist with queries, complaints, and projects.
· Identify areas of regulatory and legal change and work with senior colleagues to deliver this change.
· Managing regulatory returns.
· Represent the company in audits by the regulator and other providers.
· Good commercial and business awareness
· Excellent People Skills
· Strong maths skills
· Sound IT skills
· An analytical, enquiring mind
· Good problem solving skills
· Good management skills
· Good prioritisation
· Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
· Broking / Insurance experience essential
· Refurbished offices, close to train station.
