    Job Title – Management Liability Account Executive
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – GBP40,000 – GBP50,000
    Location – Manchester
    Industry – Insurance Broker, Account Executive, Senior (Insurance, Management Liability) 

    Our client a major global insurance brokerage are currently recruiting for a Client Executive to drive and grow their management liability team.
    You will be responsible for the profitable handling and growth of existing and new client accounts and effectively manage a portfolio of clients to ensure best practice is achieved to retain existing clients whilst pro-actively working to win new accounts and grow revenue.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify, and agree strategies for, clients risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives
    Manage a portfolio of predominantly large, complex and/or multinational clients
    Lead new business initiatives & defensives including referral generation
    Produce budget proposals and negotiate fees
    Host client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
    Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients Skills

    Knowledge & Experience Required:
    Director and Officers, Employment Practices, Crime, Pension Trustees Liability (essential) Placement of multinational business (preferred)
    Understanding of PI/Cyber lines of business (preferred but not essential)
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Negotiating and Influencing skills
    Analytical and problem solving skills
    ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent)
