Job Title – Employee Benefits New Business Producer
Contract – Permanent
Location – London
Industry – Insurance 

Responsibilities:

Support marketing plans including owned campaigns and events
Active prospecting and management of new business pipeline
Working with the companys colleagues, Global Partners and Introducing Partners to broaden distribution channels
Leading prospect meetings and pitches
Producing proposal documents, response to tenders and presentation materials
Feeding in to annual business planning and forecasting
Maintaining and expanding own client relationships, both in terms of quality and value

Candidate Profile:

The right candidate will be an experienced employee benefits professional with a broader appreciation of health, risk and well-being strategies and when these are useful to clients.

You will demonstrate the ability to instil confidence with clients so that the client looks to you and to the company as more than just an insurance broker, but as a partner in business.

Being professional and tactful in negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives is a pre-requisite along with the ability to present, both in preparation and execution.
