    Job Title – Office Manager (Insurance Broker)
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – GBP35,000 – GBP45,000
    Location – West Midlands
    Industry – Insurance (broking, construction, warranties)

    Our client is looking for an experienced, ambitious candidate to join their team as an Office Manager, the company work in a specialist area of broking and are looking for someone to come in and help the business with the day to day running of the office including operational tasks, administration and staff management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Day to day running of the office including operational tasks, administration tasks and staff management
    Take responsibility for on boarding new starters
    Developing relationships with key partners and clients
    Provide proactive support to the board and senior management
    Ensure office policies and procedures are all up to date

    Key Skills:

    Experience of leading and developing small teams
    Good understanding of the insurance industry and market
    Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Must be dependable, discreet and trustworthy
    Must be goal and detail oriented
