Job Title – HNW Account Manager x2
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP39,000 + company car + bonus
Location – Surrey 

The role:
Our Client is recognised and respected now as an established player and is due to expand. They are looking to add to their Private Client team.
They require an experienced HNW Account Manager. You will handle HNW book of clients supporting the partners of the business.
Responsibilities:
– Plan, prospect, select and sell General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long-term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Branch targets. – Review, evaluate and process the portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention, and the generation of new business to maintain compliant and profitable growth and expand the companys reputation for excellent service. – Identify, develop and generate Life and Risk Management Service leads from existing and new customers to meet relevant targets and reinforce the relationship with and the reputation of the company. – Build and maintain effective relationships with field sales teams and Regional Service Centre teams to establish the company as an effective and profitable provider of insurance services to its target customers. – Train, develop, facilitate and monitor the achievement and maintenance of Training and Competence for new and existing direct reports to ensure they all meet the standards required. – Lead, manage, motivate and develop direct reports so that they know what is expected, are able to maximise their contribution to business objectives and realise their potential.
