    Job Title – High Net Worth New Business Developer
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – Up to GBP40,000
    Location – Hertfordshire

    About the role:
    Providing advice and solutions to the needs of your High Net Worth prospects, whilst partnering with the established Insurance Agency in the area. You will generate leads, develop your network, increase brand awareness, cross sell and win new business in the high net worth market. Its about building strong relationships using your local contacts and building your own, developing and converting leads to drive new business sales.
    You will be responsible for the new business stage and your partnered Branch will then provide support with the servicing element.
    Skills & Experience:
    – You will have proven experience in a direct to customer, face to face sales role, ideally within the high net worth Insurance market
    – Youre confident, professional and enjoy developing and converting new business whilst ensuring compliance with Sales Quality, Advice Standards and regulatory requirement
    – . Its about having a positive, can-do attitude, engaging with a range of people and acting with honesty and integrity.
    – Qualifications – Progress towards professional CII qualifications an advantage
