Job Title – Commercial Account Handler / Executive
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP30,000 – GBP35,000
Location – Hertfordshire

A great opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to join a reputable, established insurance brokerage. You will be part of a growing company and will be offering commercial insurance with a wide range of policies/premiums.

This is a varied position and you will be servicing a book of business but will also be visiting clients as and when needed.

Description:-

· Gaining an understanding of the clients business and assessing insurance needs;
· Negotiating renewals with insurers and clients;
· Taking instructions from clients and processing MTAs;
· Collection of premiums;
· Management of aged debt within client base;
· Establishing strong professional working relationships with insurers;
· Identifying cross- and up-selling opportunities;

You will be dealing with a range of policies including:-

· Motor fleet
· Commercial Combined
· Contractors Combined
· Property Owners
· Package Business
· Motor Trade
· Financial Lines – P.I/D&O/EPL/Crime
· You will be dealing with renewals, new business, MTAs so knowledge of products, markets and used to working as part of a team.
