Job Title: Account Executive – Commercial Insurance
Package: £50,000 – £60,000 + car bonus package

An experienced Account Executive is required to inherit ad retain an established client portfolio for one of the UKs leading largest commercial insurance brokers.
The role is created by a retiring Director and although service focused this role will be suitable for a true hybrid Account Executive.
As a top 10 UK broker our client is a genuine market leader known for innovation and entrepreneurialism.
The business has achieved serious financial results which has created this role and allows them to increase their presence in the East Midlands
As well as strong base salary the business have a newly implemented bonus and incentive plan in place which is highly lucrative for those that deliver.
You’ll take on an established portfolio of Northamptonshire based clients from a retiring colleague with the remit to quickly establish trust and rapport to ensure a smooth handover.
These are longstanding clients and retention is key along with growth of this portfolio
Full broking handling administrative claims and marketing support is provided whilst you will be allowed to control your own diary and work plan.
The book is a typical commercial/mid-market cross class cross industry account.
As an experienced Account Executive you will be comfortable working with an established caseload to renew and ensuring ongoing business.
You’ll demonstrate a track record of managing commercial accounts as well as an ability to quickly build trust and rapport through sound insurance advice.
The remote nature of the role requires a self-starter who is able to manage their own diary and caseload.
CII and/or similar risk management qualification are preferred.
