    Job Title – Broking Account Managers – Commercial & Agricultural

    Contract – Permanent

    Salary – £42,000 + Package

    Location – Buckinghamshire Region

    Broking Account Managers x 2- Commercial & Agricultural, Buckingham – Deliver maximum profitable growth through the retention of existing advised customer base, delivery of sales and marketing initiatives leading to the compliant sale of the organisations General Insurance and Risk Management Services products and the generation of Life leads in a manner designed to establish long term and effective relationships with target customers, within the local community.


    Accountabilities

    • Review, evaluate and process the portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention, and the generation of new business to maintain compliant and profitable growth and expand the organisation’s reputation for excellent service.
    • Plan, prospect, select and sell General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Branch targets.
    • Identify, develop and generate Life and Risk Management Service leads from existing and new customers to meet relevant targets and reinforce the relationship with and the reputation of the company.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with field sales teams, Regional Service Centre teams and external Farming Unions to establish as an effective and profitable provider of insurance services to its target customers.
    • Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards.

    The roles will sit alongside our clients other existing Farm and Commercial Account Manager, so both individuals would be responsible for the existing book of advised business (covering Farm, Commercial and Estates, although also the other personal lines products as part of the wider client portfolio also, including high net worth product).
