    Due to rapid expansion our client are recruiting Claims Handlers to join their Bolton office.

    We’re seeking talented individuals with varying levels of any claims experience, so whether you’re just starting out in your career, looking for new challenge or have established claims background, we’d love to hear from you! We value knowledge and understanding of the Claims ethos over specific product expertise, regardless of product specialism we’ll find a place for you.

     

    The Commercial Claims Department is an extremely diverse function bringing together the traditional Claims areas including Motor, Property and Casualty but also Motor Trade, Financial Lines, Disease, Engineering and our European Claims. This is a truly fantastic opportunity, to be able to share knowledge, experience and learnings across the entire function.

     


    Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

    Our client are adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll be in the office 2 to 3 days per week, or if you’d prefer you can be full time in the office.

     


    Induction & Training:

    You’ll receive a comprehensive onsite induction from our specialist trainers to set you up for success in your new role. Throughout your career with us, we’ll provide you with all the support and training necessary to enhance your professional development.

    As mentioned we have a number of opportunities for entry level to established claims handlers:

    • Entry: Experience within a customer facing role, hospitality, or a retail background. Willing to develop into a role in the insurance claims sector, this could be a great opportunity for a career change, salary of £19,000 to £32,000
    • Established: A background in Claims, we’re completely open to all product lines, but a prior experience in managing the full claims procedure, including the management of customer escalations and all systems processes is essential.
    • Natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability and positive, can do attitude.
    • A great listener, confident communicating over the phone and using computers.
    • Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team
