    Job Title: Regional Sales Director

    Location: Nottinghamshire – East Midlands

    Full/Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: £85,000

     


    The Role:

    Rapidly growing organisation and has completed a number of acquisitions, which has seen employee base grow substantially. This makes for an exciting place to be, as well as rapidly changing and will continue to grow.  As a consequence of this rapid growth, looking to recruit a Regional Sales Director for clients Speciality Division.  Whilst formal reporting lines are to the Divisional regional MD, dotted line reporting will be necessary to the Sales & Marketing Director. 

     


    Responsibilities: 

    • Develop personal pipeline to deliver personal sales target
    • Manage delivery of Regional sales budget
    • Work with Practice Groups to grow sector penetration and increase presence
    • Work with Lead Generation team to increase size and quality of leads
    • Identify and lead Regional Sales Team
    • Increase average win size and create more Corporate opportunities
    • Identify and develop Corporate Bid Team
    • Work with stakeholders including sub-region MD’s, Branch Directors and Account Executives to create a sales culture
    • Report to Specialty CEO and FD on pipeline and delivery
    • Work with Regional MD on the sales strategy for the North
    • Develop literature including brochures, new business reports and sector crib sheets
    • Manage and improve CRM and data, increasing the volume of renewal dates and email addresses
    • Work with Marketing team to promote organisation & specialisms
    • Support local events including social and Client Academies
    • Drive through the Premier Prospect process
    • Develop and execute a regional sales plan
    • Facilitate and manage cross-sell between divisions
    • Create and execute best practice sales processes with supporting literature

     


    Experience:

    This role would suit someone who has a strong sales background and is looking to advance their career. You will have good experience of building a pipeline, creating a sales culture and developing best practice processes.  If you are interested in working for one of the fastest growing Insurance companies then we would love to hear from you.
