Job Title: Private Medical Account Handler
Location: Brighton

Salary: GBP20,000-25,000 + Unlimited Commission + Pension amongst other company benefits

Our client, a leading insurance brokerage based in Brighton, is currently looking for a Healthcare / Private Medical Account Handler due to their constant expansion. To effectively manage client needs in a professional and timely manner in order to achieve maximum client retention. Working hours are 9-5 as well as one Saturday a month, with a day given in lieu during the week.

Duties:

Renewal of existing policies -manage the renewal process
To ensure that renewal invitations are prepared and despatched
Ensure that renewal invitations are followed up regularly to maximise renewal retention
Setting up of new policies – manage client handover from sales to service
Dealing with day-to-day queries
Liaising with clients/brokers
Producing/checking/issuing documentation to the client/broker
To process requests for adjustments to policies and to reissue documentation as required
To ensure that all documentation and information are accurate and issued in a timely manner within service standards

Skills / Qualities Required:

Must come from a Healthcare Insurance / Private Medical Insurance background
Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A to C, including English and Maths
Fluent in written and spoken business English
Works well under pressure and ability to adapt and remain flexible in approach
Drives exceptional customer service
2-3 years working in a customer service environment
