    Job Title – HNW Client Servicing Account Executive
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – Up to GBP55,000
    Location – London

    Description:

    · Do you have a passion for building enduring client relationships and delivering a tailored solution across the High Net Worth and Family Office segments? Does the prospect of doing this with the support of a global leader in insurance broking and risk management excite you? Then you may be interested in Client Executive role with the team.
    · Our client Practice specialise in providing bespoke personal Insurance and Risk Management solutions for private individuals and their families, which is delivered by a team who understand the complex lifestyles led by those with significant financial assets. The Practice cover a wide variety of insurance solutions, including; estates and historic houses, family office, luxury car, prestige homes, jewellery and other valuables, bloodstock and equestrian, yachts and aircraft.
    · Based out of the London office, the colleague will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing clients, along with the acquisition and development of profitable new clients, focussing on the Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office segments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the High Net Worth sector
    · Maintain and grow existing client book
    · Seek and build strong relationships with introducers and clients in order to achieve new business targets
    · Maintain a sales funnel and convert this to new business wins
    · Understand client issues, needs and expectations
    · Manage the communication between the client and service team members
    · Act as a referral point for the resolution of complex client queries both internally and externally
    · Attend client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist brokers and client service teams
    · Responsibility for the co-ordination of placement for each client and broker client risks to the insurer marketplace, including Lloyds where appropriate
    · Create new business initiatives and generate referrals through clients
    · Ensure all client meetings and discussions are fully documented/recorded
    · Maintain company CRM and Client record systems
    · Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
    · Experience of working with clients in the HNW/UHNW/Family Office (existing network / prospects advantageous)
    · Proven record in maintaining and developing an existing book of business
    · Proven record in new business sales experience required
    · Insurance sales / broking experience preferred
    · Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills essential
    · Strong negotiating and Influencing skills
    · Analytical and problem solving skills
    · ACII part/fully qualified (or equivalent) preferred
    · Competent in Microsoft Office applications and CRM databases (ideally SalesForce.com)
