Contract – Permanent
Salary Range – GBP22,000 – GBP26,000 + GBP32,000 – GBP40,000 OTE
Location – Warwickshire/West Midlands

Due to our clients continued success and ambitious plans for further growth, we are assisting them in finding a commercially astute and driven Account Executive. You will be tasked maximising client retention and revenue streams from the leads provided to you. This role is ideal for a sales focused, hungry indvidual looking for an environment where hard work and commercial awareness is highly rewarded.

The Role

– As Account Executive in the commercial team you will work alongside the sales management to set the growth developing new markets and opportunities
– This is a mainly desk based role with external visits to larger more profitable clients
– Majority of sales are all inbound however there is an element of outbound calling, this is too clients already under cover
– Support with professional qualification will be provided to successful candidates
– The role provides a route into management through a very real succession plan.

The Candidate

– General Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience, ideally from a similar role
– High level of ambition and drive
– Ability to generate new business
– Sales orientated, self-managed, target orientated
– Ability to build a successful pipeline
– Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
