    Job Title – Corporate/Commercial Account Handler
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – GBP20,000 – GBP35,000
    Location – Buckinghamshire
    Industry – Insurance Broker (Insurance, Commercial, Account Handler)

    The Role:-

    Our client, a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Buckinghamshire, are seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their expanding team.

    Role outline:

    – Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing client accounts;
    – Identify cross selling opportunities
    – Deal with incoming New Business enquiries
    – Generate New Business enquiries by asking existing clients for referrals
    – Provide broking and administrative services to clients;
    – Raise potential issues with the team leader/account executive as appropriate;
    – Manage renewal process, placing cover on best terms where appropriate in accordance with clients needs.

    Key Requirements

    – 2+ Years Commercial account handling experience
    – Cert CII Qualified or be willing to work towards
    – Proactive attitude
    – Willing to learn and enhance own knowledge/skills
    – Confident decision maker
    – Customer skills – complaint resolution/escalation
    – Able to identify potential risks e.g. outdated letters – and escalate appropriately with solutions
