    After 5 years of impressive growth our client, a multiple award winning broker, are looking to make serval investment focused hires to branch into new sectors. They are in an extremely strong financial position and have the means to make serious investment into the right individual. If you are a ‘big hitter’ in a niche area, looking for a home where you will have the backing of an impressive name, marketing, broking, access to Lloyds markets along with being left to be fully autonomous then this is the role for you.

    The Company

    The team focus on the mid to high end corporate market, targeting the regions largest (and often more complex) insurance risks and meeting their requirements with bespoke solutions.

    The Role

    You will join an established team, respected in the regional market and exceeding targets – this role is created by growth.
    You will use your experience of corporate clients and knowledge of technical insurance to build trust with stakeholders within your client and prospect base, positioning yourself as trusted adviser to allow you to advise on and provide solutions to their requirements.
    This is a traditional AE role, providing a real variety to your day and requiring you to undertake all aspects of new and renewal business in order to contribute to ongoing regional growth.
    The business generally target Cases targeted will typically be paying in excess of GBP20k fee/commission income, with no upper limit
    Whilst you will be target driven, there is a good degree of flexibility and autonomy to the role allowing you to work your own diary and plan, only in the office as required.


    You will demonstrate a track record of success in a corporate Account Executive role, either with a rival broker, or in a smaller business where you have perhaps reached the ceiling.
    You will be comfortable managing a complex sales/account management process, dealing with multiple stakeholders, often across multiple sites to win and retain profitable business.
    You will be polished, professional and ambitious, ready to join a market leader to further your career.
    A strong understanding of manufacturing and construction clients would be advantageous
    ACII, or work towards, is preferred.
