    Job Title – Broker Development Executive
    Contract – Full Time, Permanent
    Salary – GBP20,000 – GBP22,000 + Excellent Benefits
    Location – Chelmsford, Essex
    Industry – Insurance Broker (Insurance, Commercial, Private Clients) 

    The Company
    A specialist, commercial underwriting business (MGA). Offering over 25 niche commercial lines products and underwrite on behalf of multiple A-rated, household name insurers. Distributing to insurance brokers only with their people focused on providing great service and helping their partner brokers win and retain business.

    The Role
    To assist Head of Sales and BDMs in development of brokers via telemarketing; to increase awareness of product range; to build a database of broker insight; to chase and convert quotes; to cross-sell and identify opportunities for the business and other areas of the Group Wholesale.

    The Person
    To be successful in this role you must have experience of working within the insurance industry and previously worked in a sales / development role where you have hit targets. You must have a friendly, polite, and confident telephone manner as you will be speaking to a lot of potential new and existing clients.

    It would be desirable if you are CII qualified or studying towards.
