Our client, an established insurance and financial services company are currently seeking a Sales Manager/Business Partner to join their successful, expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within an already well-established and very reputable organisation.
· Our client is a successful, growing insurance and financial services company with an award-winning range of products and services. They have a range of customers, from individual policyholders to major businesses. The role is helping the existing Partner to run and develop your/their business
· They have a network of more than 300 Agencies across the UK, often based in the same areas as their customers. As an Agent, youll be at the heart of your local community, building relationships, understanding what matters to your customers and acting quickly when they need your help. Whether youre out in a field talking to a local business or sitting in a boardroom discussing an acquisition with a CEO, youll appreciate the issues theyre facing and give them the support and advice they need.
· They attract a wide range of customers, from individual policyholders to affluent individuals and major businesses. As one of their Agents, your business will rely on the strength of the relationships you build with these customers. This means youll need the ability to build trust and confidence with a variety of different people and understand what drives them, so you can give them the best financial support and advice.
· Were looking for business leaders, rather than insurance specialists.
· As an Agent, youll be your own boss, running an Agency, selling award-winning products and services. Youll have the freedom to develop plans and strategies, recruit a team and expand your ambitions. Its a chance to use your entrepreneurial flair to grow a business with a full range of customers, from High Net Worth clients to homeowners, commercial businesses to car owners.
· Minimum of 5 years commercial insurance experience
· You will need a combination of personal and professional qualities. Youll be an excellent communicator, great with people from a wide range of backgrounds, with the ability to spot a sales opportunity and develop new business. With an entrepreneurial attitude and a clear vision, youll be commercially sharp and open to innovations to continually improve your Agency.
· As well as being a strong and influential business leader, youll also be an inspirational and motivational manager to your team. Collaborative, positive and supportive, youll give them opportunities to develop their talents, while making sure they work to all relevant regulations and standards of compliance.
