Job Title – Account Executive – Servicing and new business
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP34,000 – GBP40,000 + OTE up to GBP50,000 + Car allowance
Location – Herefordshire

Our client is a well-known name in the local market who after a highly successful year have found themselves in a position where they can facilitate a hybrid servicing and development executive with a portfolio of business to look after from day one.

Description:-

Our client an established National Insurance Broker are recruiting for a Commercial Development Executive to join their expanding business based in Leicester. As a Commercial Development Executive you will be tasked with developing clients to grow your own book of business. Aim to achieve a designated brokerage target, profitable business growth and meet client service goals.

Duties will include;

Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
Provide broking and administrative services to clients,
Handle the teams portfolio of business and to contribute towards achieving team targets for new business, renewals and GWP;

Essential requirements:

Experience of Commercial Insurance dealing with SME level clients;
Sales/New Business experience;
Experience dealing with clients over the telephone and face to face
Outlook and all round PC skills;
Cert CII Qualified or be willing to work towards;
Keen and eager individual prepared to work hard.

Requirements:-

-Must have a Minimum 2 years Commercial New Business Development Exposure;
-Good Customer service experience;
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
