High Net Worth – Team Leader

Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Team Leader  
Location: Nottingham                
Package: £40,000 per annum + signing on bonus.
Industry: Personal Lines Broking – Home & Motor

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Lawes Consulting Group are working with an independent brokerage who are recruiting for a Personal Lines insurance team leader, this opportunity requires an individual who has experience within high net worth policies.

Within this position you will be accountable for the co-ordination and development of the personal lines department managing a team of four account handlers, Provide regular feedback and coaching to all Personal Lines staff to encourage team working and conduct 1:1 reviews with all reports as and when appropriate.

You will be covering the following policies Household, Motor, Motor Breakdown, Motorcycle, Travel, Caravan, and all other Personal Insurance Risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of four account handlers
• To provide an End-to-End service to existing Personal Lines customers and potential new customers.
• Ensure the team meets 21 day renewal target
• Complete annual appraisals with all team members
• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, faxes and allocated post
• Provide new business quotations and advice for Personal Lines and complete mid term adjustments

Qualification, Experience & Capabilities

• Personal Lines experience specifically within Home & Motor required.
• Experience with Acturis system
• Knowledge of key covers and significant T&Cs
• Data protection
• Bribery & Corruption
