    Job Title: Commercial Account Handler 

    Location: Somerset   

    Full/Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum

    Lawes Consulting Group is currently working with a leading client who is recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler. Our client is open to an individual with a personal lines background who has an interest in moving into the commercial field.

    About the Role:

    • Administration of clients insurance requirements
    • Opportunity to work within commercial sector
    • Dealing with SME Premiums
    • Ability to have support and work closely with Account Executives.
    • Deal with general enquiries, renewals
    • Opportunity to deal with existing clientele 
    • Onsite training
    • Office base but home working also considered depending on experience
    • Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts
    • Working under minimal supervision and be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
    • Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns.

    Role Requirements:

    • Account handling experience required but open to all lines of business
    • Due to the location of the office it is essential that you drive.
    • Cert CII preferred but not essential
    • Computer literate
    • Acturis experience ideally required
    • Knowledge of sales processes within relevant market
    • Ability to work in a team/team player
    • Excellent communication time management negotiation presentation and relationship building skills
