    Account Executive – Servicing

    Salary £50,000 – £55,000

    Central Scotland – Perth


    • This is the perfect role for a commercial insurance broker or account executive, with a client facing sales background with ambitions to join and flourish at a market leading insurance broker, based in Central/East Scotland.  
    • This role fucuses on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio in addition to identifying and winning new business within the commercial insurance broking sector.
    • It offers the opportunity to join a global broker and leading in its field, competitive salary and very generous benefits package as well as hybrid working and support with CII qualifications.
    • The successful individual will have the opportunity to split their working week between the physical office and remote working.

     The role:

    • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on commercial businesses
    • Demonstrate excellent client retention skills
    • Cover a large region utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach
    • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets


    • Develop, nurture and service new business from scratch
    • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential commercial clients
    • Track record within commercial insurance broking a knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance risk including motor, property, fleet, commercial combined, EL, PL, etc
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
