client is looking to recruit an experienced Insurance Customer Service Advisor to add to a professional expanding team unit.

Your role:

Your role will be to handle existing clients queries to include dealing with mid-term adjustments, issuing renewal notices and looking to retain the business, seeking opportunities to cross-selling and offering a general thorough customer service experience.
