Job Title – Key Account Manager- Broker Accounts
Location – Home Based
Job Type – Permanent
Salary – GBP60,000

Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager that will be based at home. This includes managing relationships with ‘top tier broker accounts’.

The Role:

To manage and develop the relationships of their Top Tier Brokers across the UK. To formulate and deliver strategic Growth Deals from those key relationships. Follow-up on development, deal and scheme opportunities provided by the telephone-based broker development team. Responsible to drive growth into the business through developing Broker relationships at Board Room level.

You will need to manage and strategically develop top tier Brokers across the UK, lead on development opportunities from the telephone-based broker development team, be able to manage relationships with top tier Brokers at CEO and Director level, secure and deliver new Schemes opportunities, secure and deliver new Growth Deals and develop more of the medium sized Brokers into the Top tier category.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have proven Key Account Manager experience within an insurer or MGA and a proven track record of hitting sales targets.

– You will need to have a minimum of 7 years experience working within the insurance industry.
– You must be confident, hugely self-motivated and maintain the highest level of professionalism when face to face with the Broker Partners.
– It would be desirable if you are CII qualified or studying towards.
