    An extremely reputable brokerage is seeking an experienced broker for their North American Property team, to assist with the placing and servicing of both new and existing clients and their needs.
    As the broker you will be responsible for providing programme design, placement, marketing and consultancy services for clients in line with agreed account strategies and in accordance with operating procedures
    You will manage market relationships at both an operational and strategic level, understand clients risk profile and exposures to provide advice on coverage, programme pricing and retention strategy, whilst understanding client business issues, needs and expectations and provide guidance on insurance requirements.
    You will ensure all activities that are undertaken on behalf of the business are compliant with regulations and internal standards and procedures. Prepare and issue appropriate coverage documentation, including wordings and placement slips within agreed contract certainty deadlines.
    You will assist with the resolution of service issues with insurers and other third party providers and attend Client Strategy Meetings where required, oversee renewals providing advice and guidance.
    Supporting associates by undertaking the broking of new business opportunities, providing relevant market knowledge and attending meetings as required is a given. Undertaking technical reviews for clients (where identified), making recommendations for change (where deemed relevant) and constantly monitoring the market in order to consider the most appropriate placement strategy for the business is expected.
    Requirements:
    · You will have at least 5 years solid experience within a Broking role with detailed knowledge and experience dealing with North American based global complex accounts, covering multi-territory risks.
    · You will be advanced in using Excel and Powerpoint
    · Knowledge of TWINS would be an advantage
    · You will have excellent communication and strong organisational skills with an excellent attention to detail
