Job Title – Sales Development Manager – Insurance
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP50,000 – GBP60,000 + Bonus + Car
Location – East Anglia 

The Position:-
A leading client of ours are looking for a Sales Development Manager to support their growth and increase the strength and quality of their network. Our client are expanding their Sales Management population, creating a more focused and strategic offering. This means were looking for commercially focused sales leaders to help them achieve this.
In this role, you will work with a panel of brokers, within your region, overseeing and influencing 1 and 3 year business plans. You will support your broker panel in delivering and embedding change and building effective operating models. Playing a key role in enabling their ambitious growth plans through effective sales management, in order to deliver across their full range of products and services.
Alongside the above, you will build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders and relevant departments
The Candidate:-
Youll be a commercially minded individual, with demonstrable experience of developing strategic business plans and a proven track record of delivering sales results through others. Ideally with experience gained in the General Insurance arena, or comparable regulated industry youll have successfully managed a remote team, branch network or multi-site operation.
Most importantly, you will be able to challenge, drive, motivate and inspire others to achieve positive business outcomes.

Remuneration:- – GBP65,000 Basic Salary
Bonus upto 25%
