Aston Lark announces two acquisitions: Right to Health & The Health Insurance Specialists

Aston Lark, the Chartered insurance broker backed by Goldman Sachs, further bolsters its employee benefits and individual health insurance expertise by today announcing it has agreed terms for the acquisition of both Right to Health Ltd and The Health Insurance Specialists. Both deals are expected to complete in early March.

Founded by Gary Marney and Stephen Carroll in 2001, Right to Health has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent individual health insurance specialists. Similarly, The Health Insurance Specialists, founded by Robin Dowling, Gary Marney and Stephen Carroll, are leaders in the health insurance broker market, serving the needs of both businesses and individuals.

These two health insurance-related acquisitions follow on from  Aston Lark’s acquisition of Private Healthcare Managers Ltd in August 2020 and the hire of former CEO of specialist Private Medical Insurance broker Chase Templeton, Warren Dickson, as UK Retail Managing Director in September 2020.
