    What you can expect from your recruitment consultant

    1. Requirement and Consultation

    The client will have a consultation with a member of Lawes Consulting Group to develop a recruitment search strategy based on their requirements for the role available.

    1. Research and Develop Strategy

    The consultant will map the relevant talent pools through market intelligence as they identify the best talent.

    1. Candidate Selection

    Proactively source active and passive candidates creating a longlist that will be reviewed and the best selected for you to take forward.

    1. Qualifying

    Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates qualifying both technical and personal suitability.

    1. Reporting and Shortlist

    The consultant will present a shortlist based on discussions with candidates and the client. The shortlist will include a detailed consultant report on each candidate.

    1. Interview and Candidate Management

    Once a shortlist has been agreed, the team will manage the candidates through the interview journey, relaying feedback and offering advice to the client.

    1. Offer

    The team will facilitate offers and feedback between client and candidate.

    1. Hire and Aftercare

    The hire will be completed, and the team will facilitate a smooth candidate and client integration.
