    Job Title – Digital Marketing Manager
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – GBP45,000

    Our client’s is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. The role is responsible for the ongoing development and management of the Schemes & Affinities digital marketing strategy, in conjunction with the Head of Marketing, spanning multiple brands within the Division.

    The role will work closely with the digital marketing agency (external) as well as product and UX teams (internal).

    Key Performance Indicators:

    – Lead generation (UVs into site and calls from digital marketing into the contact centres)
    – Brochureware conversion from UV into start quote
    – Efficiency of acquisition activity (including PPC, Display, Affiliate, Social, CRM) against ROI targets


    – Day to day management and ongoing optimisation of paid digital channels including Search, Display, Affiliate, Social
    – Management of Affiliate programmes across the Schemes & Affinities brands to deliver target volumes and ROI
    – Organic visibility across the Schemes & Affinities brand websites. Developing approaches to increase visibility and measuring ongoing performance
    – Management of the digital marketing aspects of each brands marketing budget within Schemes & Affinities to deliver against agreed KPIs
    – Reporting on ongoing performance against target and identifying optimisation opportunities to improve performance
    – SME for Google Analytics within the division
    – Work with the Schemes & Affinities Marketing Managers to develop and manage an insight driven content calendar aligned to key product insights, producing content for distribution through paid, owned and earned channels
    – Support in the delivery of partner marketing plan digital requirements
    – Develop creative assets and optimise for performance
    – Provide oversight for social channels along with best practice guidelines for Marketing Managers within the Schemes & Affinities brands
    – Develop engagement campaigns designed to drive interaction across social channels
    – Manage Trustpilot – supporting the contact centre team in driving increased review volumes while maintaining a score of 4.5+


    – Degree qualified or equivalent (e.g. CIM / IDM
    – Minimum of 5 years experience managing digital marketing across a range of channels
    – Experience running multi-channel digital marketing activity across multiple products / brands
    – Line management experience of a small team
    – Agency management experience – able to work with an extended external team to deliver results
    – Supporting on the development of site optimisation to help drive increased customer success metrics (e.g. click to quote)


    – A strong working knowledge of the key digital marketing channels including SEM (PPC / SEO), Affiliate, Display, Social Media, Content
    – Optimisation of digital marketing to deliver efficient sales
    – Analytics – demonstrable experience using Google analytics and providing reporting, analysis and actionable insight to the business
    – Tagging and tracking using GA / GTM Agency briefing to secure high-quality outputs for both media and creative
