    Job title: Marketing  Campaign Manager (B2B) – Retail
    Reports to: Head of Marketing
    Location: Hertford, UK
    Office-based.
    Full time.
    Salary: £40-£50K

     


    We’re currently hiring for a tech-savvy, experienced Marketer (B2B) to join a leading retail technology software company. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the exciting expansion of the company into new markets across US, Asia and Europe.

    The ideal candidate will be a marketing “all-rounder” and have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well versed in outbound and inbound lead acquisition/conversion tactics and enjoy working within an international sales & marketing team.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for the next challenge in their marketing career within a successful retail software company.

     


    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support  brand awareness, lead acquisition and conversion goals.
    • Create a wide variety of high impact content including (but not exclusively)  blogs, news articles, press releases, video scripts, brochures, product sheets.
    • Working closely with the marketing & sales team, manage and deliver the logistics for the annual events calendar.
    • Guide the marketing team in Sri Lanka to ensure all content and marketing collateral is of a high quality, on brand and meets the campaign objective.
    • Assist in ideation, planning, and execution of the content marketing strategy.
    • Work with the regional sales teams to develop and execute an accounts based marketing strategy.
    • Develop case study marketing collateral to support each buyer persona/market vertical.
    • Build effective relationships with our partners, and  execute a marketing plan to support both company and the partners objectives.
    • Contribute to the development of the website and other channels.
    • Identify list building opportunities and brief in data research/cleaning jobs with the junior support team.
    • Analyse, monitor and report on ROI for all campaigns using analytical tools such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.

     


    The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

    • Knowledge/experience in retail technology.
      Technology, Business Management or Marketing-related degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years relevant B2B previous experience managing your own campaigns and content creation.
    • Can demonstrate excellent copywriting skills (short and long form)
    • Ability to transform technical product information into compelling customer- centric messaging.
    • Proven experience in Social Media marketing, particularly Linked In and YouTube.
    • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
    • Confident user of Hubspot CRM .
    • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
    • Excellent English communication written and verbal.
